Delegate Anders moved to amend the bill on page 4, section 4,immediately following line 39,

by inserting the following new subsection:

“(j) Any county that enacts a public safety sales or amusement tax pursuant to this act shall be prohibited from imposing, increasing, or renewing any additional county-level taxes, levies, or fees for a period of ten (10) years from the date of enactment of said tax.”

AND

On page 5, section 7, line 6 by striking subsection (b) in its entirety.
